The committee reviewed a classification analysis for the Veteran Service Officer prepared by Municipal Consulting Services and recommended acceptance of the consultant's finding that the role should be placed in pay grade 5 based on a point total of 1,565. Appendix D contains the consultant's cover letter, point-factor table and the job description. The committee's motion to recommend approval to the full board passed (moved by Shayne Machen, seconded by Eric Gustad).
