Board extends Route 50 special-use permit, approves two sets of minutes
Summary

At the start of the Oct. 24 meeting, Chair Chuck Marshall moved to extend the special-use permit for the multifamily project at 2271 Route 50 (the permit relates to 16 dwelling units); a board member seconded the motion and the board adopted the extension by voice vote.
Later in the meeting the board approved minutes for Sept. 12 and Oct. 10; the minutes from Oct. 26 could not be approved because not enough members who attended that meeting were present to create a quorum for approval. There was no roll-call vote transcripted for the extension motion or minutes approvals; members signaled approval by audible "aye."
