Board discusses potential clerk appointment conflict and holds executive session on contracts, litigation and personnel

Later the Board moved into executive session to discuss contract negotiations under Section 2(c)(2), a litigation matter under Section 2(c)(11), and personnel under Section 2(c)(1) of the Illinois Open Meetings Act (5 ILCS 120/2). The Board returned to open session and adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
