EDC: Downers Grove records $44M in private investment and 750 jobs YTD

Gay said the EDC now tracks active leads and projects in a CRM and is posting a project roadmap on the EDC website so residents and businesses can follow progress. He cited examples of recent and pipeline projects along Ogden and Butterfield corridors, including corporate headquarters relocations, food and beverage projects and façade improvements, and noted the EDC's investment criteria for tracking (25 new jobs, 25,000 sq ft, or $1,000,000 capitalization).
