Carri Levitski moved to adopt the resolution and Kevin Gross seconded. On roll call the board recorded: Johnson, yes; Moos, yes; Sprandel, absent; Hitchings, yes; Gross, yes; Levitski, yes; Solberg, yes. The resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
