Chief Ryan Duffy told the council the LPR enforcement would start "as soon as we can get the technology up and running" and that the digital permit format transition for resident passes would occur next parking season.
Councilors asked about implementation timing and operational responsibility; the chief and staff said equipment and software would be phased in and funded from the parking fund as budgeted. The award passed by voice vote.
