Commission denies three waiver requests, citing statutory limits

For WR063 (Township Green LLC) the request sought a waiver of NJAC 17:30‑14.3(a) requiring photo‑ID verification before entry, but counsel said that requirement is statutory and not waivable by the commission.
The board also denied WR064 (Sussex Cultivation LLC), which sought relief related to handling of out‑of‑spec test results, and WR066 (ABCO Garden State LLC), which asked the commission to permit a class 1 cultivator to transport manufactured products to retailers in a way the statutory definition of cultivator does not allow. On each item staff briefed the regulatory and statutory rule cited (for example NJAC 17:30‑16.1(f) for WR064) and the board voted to deny the waivers.
