Commission approves ownership transfers and annual licenses; commissioner recuses on one file

The New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission voted to approve multiple ownership transfers and annual license applications on Aug. 5, moving several businesses closer to full operation.
Director Drexel Riggs told the board that three ownership transfers (Green Violet LLC, The Greenhouse Dispensary LLC and Mr. Nice Guys, AC LLC) satisfied regulatory requirements and were recommended for approval. The board moved and voted to approve those transfers. The commission also approved seven annual licenses presented that day and later granted licensure to Vault 4 20 Company after Commissioner Mapp recused herself from that item due to a professional relationship.
