Board names liaisons and subcommittees for the year

The Eden Central School District board read and approved a slate of liaison and subcommittee assignments for the coming year. Appointments included district shared decision-making team and building liaisons (e.g., Alan Silver for high school; Marlene Grunder for middle school; Jen de la Penta for elementary), along with subcommittees for advocacy, curriculum/technology/personalized learning, facilities/capital projects, finance and policy.
The board also named Jennifer Horschel as ECASB voting delegate and NYSSBA voting delegate and listed committee rosters for PTA and the SRO committee. The assignments were presented on the superintendent’s recommendation and approved by voice vote.
