Heritage Pines CDD elects officers and removes prior assistant secretary

The Heritage Pines Community Development District Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution 2025-01 on Dec. 10, 2024, electing Kathleen Lonergan as chair and Arthur Rhodes as vice chair while naming Michael Walsh, Carol Vaughan and Stephen Putman as assistant secretaries. The resolution also removed Janice Benedetti from the board's prior appointments.
District Manager Chuck Adams presented the resolution and Mr. Walsh nominated the slate. "On MOTION by Mr. Walsh and seconded by Ms. Vaughan, with all in favor, Resolution 2025-01, Electing, as nominated, and Removing Officers of the District, and Providing for an Effective Date, was adopted," the minutes record. Craig Wrathell and Jeff Pinder remain in their previously held finance roles as listed in the record.
