Superintendent Nathan Libbon reviewed a proposed cell phone usage policy and told the board they will act on the policy at the December regular meeting. The board also noted an upcoming TeamWorks internal board training on Dec. 10 from 5:00–8:00 p.m.
Principal Julie Stauber reported eight parents signed up at parent-teacher conferences to participate in a Parent/Teacher Advisory Committee; the committee is scheduled to meet on Monday, Dec. 9 at 5:00 p.m. Administration also reported several community members expressed willingness to run Community Education projects; staff will circulate a survey to measure interest.
