Operations staff reported the prime contractor contract with R.G. Anderson is $18,474,000; architecture and civil fees were cited at approximately $1,166,000 and the district's bond documents list the total project cost as $21,440,070 when architecture, technology, allowances and other bid packages are included. "The total contract for R.G. Anderson for Lakeview Elementary, dollars 18,474,000," staff said when introducing the item.
Board members asked for and staff agreed to provide a full line‑item breakdown of the total project costs by email. The board approved the contract by unanimous vote.
