So now we can sign it because the 1st deed we have to not show that," the Chair noted while signing documents.
Other items included duplex construction on Lebanon Road, a new home on Hoover Road (Map 5 Lot 43B), and a detached/addition review for Map 5 Lot 31A; where deeds and frontage were clarified by staff, the board approved and signed permits. For several back-lot proposals the board requested private-way documentation or road upgrades to meet the town's private-way standards prior to issuing growth permits.
