The Windham-Ashland-Jewett Central School District Board of Education approved a multi-item consent agenda at its Nov. 12, 2025 meeting, including minutes, routine financial reports and a bill schedule that shows $485,040.94 in General Fund checks.
The consent items approved included minutes of the Oct. 8 and Oct. 29, 2025 meetings; the Treasurer’s Report for October 2025; the Superintendent’s transfers for November 2025; and a bill schedule listing checks across funds: All Fund checks #54769–#54775 totaling $13,248.30, General Fund checks #54776–#54853 totaling $485,040.94, Capital Fund checks #10125–#10126 totaling $1,582.81, Federal Fund checks totaling $2,726.96, and School Lunch Fund check #382 totaling $33,962.07.
On a motion by Melissa Maldonado, seconded by Alan Trinkle, the board approved the Consent Agenda (Items 1(i) through 2b(xi)). The recorded vote listed Alan Trinkle, Loni Koument-Holdridge, Melissa Maldonado and Heidi Schwarz as voting in the affirmative; Jean Jaeger was absent.
The consent package also included approvals for routine fund reports and indicated several items were provided "under separate cover," including specific intermunicipal tuition agreements and the Emergency Response Plan.
