Board asks for in-person meeting with engineers to address parking-lot drainage

Superintendent Nathan Libbon told the Cromwell-Wright Public Schools board that engineering firm Widseth has proposed solutions to ongoing drainage failures in the parking area by the Industrial Arts building. After discussing the options, the board declined to pick a contractor immediately and asked Libbon to schedule an in-person meeting with Widseth and A&P so members can review plans on site.
Board Chair Timothy Homstad and board member Brian Granholm said they will attend the in-person meeting if their schedules permit. The board emphasized wanting to see engineering plans and cost details before authorizing work; no dollar amounts were approved at the Nov. 13 special facility meeting.
