Centennial board approves LTFM plan and authorizes intent to issue facilities maintenance bonds

The Centennial ISD 12 School Board approved its updated Long‑Term Facilities Maintenance (LTFM) plan and indicated intent to levy LTFM funds during its June 15 meeting. Board member Johnson moved to approve the plan; Hansen seconded and the motion carried 6–0–0. The board packet included a ten‑year revenue projection and expenditure plan.
The board also adopted a resolution relating to General Obligation Facilities Maintenance Bonds, Series 2027A, "stating official intent to proceed with, authorizing the issuance and authorizing the superintendent or executive director of business services and any board officer to award the sale thereof and to take such action and execute all documents necessary to accomplish said award and sale," and establishing compliance with reimbursement bond regulations under the Internal Revenue Code. The motion was made by Schwinn, seconded by Murphy; roll call vote was unanimous among voting members.
Separately, the board approved a Print Management Agreement (motion Linser, seconded Johnson) and adopted a Resolution Certifying the Population Estimate (motion Hansen, seconded Murphy). These items were part of the Resource Management section and were approved without dissenting votes.
