The Anna Independent School District Board of Trustees convened Nov. 21 and handled multiple routine and agenda items, approving the districtwide 2024 tax roll and several operational measures. Board President Rhonda Lewis established a quorum at 6:30 PM. The board approved the projected tax levy and roll, listed in the minutes as $45,647,497.23 as provided by the Collin County Tax Assessor-Collector.

Trustees approved the purchase of Bluebonnet Learning Curriculum Open Education Resource for the 2025'026 school year, added $150,000 for additional multipurpose outdoor practice field lighting, appointed the Assistant Superintendent of Student Services as the districtSchool Attendance Officer under Texas Education Code Sec. 25.088, and adopted a resolution to cast 59 votes for Marvin Bobo for the Central Appraisal District of Collin County Board of Directors. The meeting adjourned at 8:52 PM.
