Board accepts unaudited financial statements and approves amended Dec. 10 minutes

District Manager Chuck Adams presented the unaudited financial statements as of Dec. 31, 2024 and answered questions about the BankUnited investment account and current interest being earned.
On motion by Arthur Rhodes and seconded by Michael Walsh, "with all in favor" the Board accepted the unaudited financial statements as of Dec. 31, 2024. Adams said staff will resend the statements to the Board.
Chair Kathleen Lonergan then presented the Dec. 10, 2024 regular meeting minutes and the Board approved several edits (including changing "Vaughn" to "Vaughan," deleting a line, and correcting names); on motion by Michael Walsh and seconded by Carol Vaughan the amended minutes were approved unanimously.
District Counsel and District Engineer gave no reports. District Manager confirmed the next meeting date is April 15, 2025 at 2:00 p.m.
