The Heritage Pines Community Development District Board of Supervisors on April 15 adopted Resolution 2025-03 approving a proposed operations and maintenance budget for fiscal year 2025/2026 and set a public hearing for July 15, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at the Heritage Pines Country Club Meeting Room.
District Manager Chuck Adams said "the proposed Fiscal Year 2026 budget is similar to the Fiscal Year 2025 budget," and reviewed increases, decreases and adjustments. The board summary notes a net reduction of approximately $4,000 in appropriations compared with FY2025 and projects the O&M assessment to decrease by $2.88 per unit year-over-year. On a motion by Vice Chair Arthur Rhodes, seconded by Assistant Secretary Carol Vaughan, the resolution was adopted "with all in favor." The board instructed staff to publish and post the required transmittals and notices for the July public hearing.
