Board approves financial report, pays bills and adjourns

After an executive session at 7:25 p.m. to discuss personnel, the Archer City ISD Board of Trustees reconvened in open session at 7:47 p.m. and approved the financial report and payment of bills. Board member Kelly Wooldridge moved to approve the financial report and pay the bills; Tommy Keeter seconded and the minutes record that all voted in favor.
The board then moved to adjourn. Tommy Keeter moved to adjourn at 7:49 p.m.; Mike Gilmore seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The minutes set the next regular meeting for Feb. 24, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.
