Angleton ISD honors high-achieving students, CTE teams at May board meeting

Angleton ISD recognized a cohort of elementary students who placed in the top 2 percent on district assessments and a wide range of career and technical education teams for success at state and national competitions.
Assistant Superintendents Vicki Harmon and Tyler Press and Director Maria Macedo presented the acknowledgements, highlighting second- and third-grade students who scored in the 98th percentile on the MAPS or SAGES Gifted Assessment and CTE teams who qualified for state or national events in agriculture, digital media, law enforcement, welding and other career programs.
