"The deadline's May 31," a staff member reminded the group, and members agreed to target follow-up contacts and to share updated contact spreadsheets to improve response rates. The goal expressed by staff is to reach 100% response in Northern Nevada and rural counties before the deadline, with targeted outreach planned for Clark County thereafter.
