Code §552.0821, personnel under §551.074, resignation ratifications, school safety under §551.076, and consultation with legal counsel under §§551.071 and 551.129. Closed session concluded at 8:52 PM and the board returned to open session at 8:53 PM; the minutes record that no action was taken following the closed session. The board adjourned at 8:54 PM after a motion by Trustee Scott King and a second by Trustee Jason Battle.
