The Archer City ISD Board of Trustees convened March 24, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. with President Zach Rowe presiding and a quorum present. Trustees approved the minutes from Feb. 24, certified that instructional materials (except physical education) cover the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills, adopted the 2025–26 school calendar and approved recommended professional contracts for PK–6 and grades 7–12. The board also accepted resignations and approved the district financial report.
Most actions were taken by motion with unanimous votes. Trustee Tommy Keeter moved to approve the Feb. 24 minutes and Trustee Kelly Wooldridge seconded; Trustee Josh Winter moved to certify access to TEKS-aligned materials and Trustee Tommy Keeter seconded. Following executive session for personnel, the board accepted the resignations of Sondra Doyle and Lukas Bontrager. The board adjourned at 7:37 p.m. and scheduled its next regular meeting for April 28, 2025, at 6:00 p.m.
