The minutes state there were no findings or deficiencies in the audit. Courtney Lewis moved to approve the report and Kevin Clepper seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
The approval makes no immediate changes to budgeted appropriations in the minutes; board members asked no recorded follow-up questions in open session. The district will carry the reported deficit into its financial planning for the coming year.
