Board names compliance officers, district records officers and recognizes support organizations
Summary
The board appointed the Assistant Superintendent and Director of Pupil Services to Title IX, 504/ADA and other compliance roles, designated District Records Officers, and recognized several district support organizations for 2025.
The board approved staff appointments to compliance and student-support roles for 2025 (Resolution 2025-11). The Assistant Superintendent and Director of Pupil Services were named Title IX Coordinator, Anti-Harassment Compliance Officer, 504/ADA Compliance Officer and Civil Rights Coordinator; the Director of Pupil Services was named Homeless Liaison; and the Assistant Superintendent was named suspension appeal officer as the board's designee.
The board also designated the Treasurer/CFO and the Director of Pupil Services as District Records Officers (Resolution 2025-12) and recognized a list of district support organizations including the Parent School Organizations, Band Boosters, Bee Athletic Boosters and the Brecksville-Broadview Heights Schools Foundation (Resolution 2025-15).
