Board approves blanket template for drainage easements, OKs PSGRC-to-RRCDD grant

District Counsel Tony Pires presented a proposed Grant of Easement template to formalize drainage easements from PSGRC to the River Ridge CDD. The board agreed the template can serve as a recurring item, with a specific sketch and legal description attached each time; the motion to approve the proposed Grant of Easement passed unanimously.
Charlie Krebs said he is preparing two additional drainage easements—one for Seaside II and one for the Golf Course area—and will forward them to counsel when complete. Resident Mike Rainstin asked about the status of Phase I and Phase II drainage improvements for Seaside & Masters and was told work has not commenced and will wait until the area dries.
