District Operations Manager Shane Willis presented the long-term plan and associated proposals, including a $74,000 line-item estimate for the remaining permanent signs and a $25,000 mobile unit option. PSGRC General Manager Eric Long said the existing unit "clocked 800 varied speeding violations over a three week period," a figure used during the board's deliberations on placement and pole purchases. On motion by Mr. Schultz, seconded by Mr. Blumenthal, the Board approved My AV‑Tech LLC Estimates 24150 and 24151 to wire and install the permanent and mobile units and subscribe to cloud devices, for a total $105,000.
