River Ridge board adopts Resolution 2025-02, elects officers

Terry Mountford nominated the slate of officers — Bob Schultz as Chair, Terry Mountford as Vice Chair, and Kurt Blumenthal, Robert Twombly and Keith Merrill as Assistant Secretaries — and the Board adopted the resolution on a motion by Mountford, seconded by Blumenthal. The minutes record: "On MOTION by Mr. Mountford and seconded by Mr. Blumenthal, with all in favor, Resolution 2025-02, Electing, as nominated, and Removing Officers of the District and Providing for an Effective Date, was adopted." The motion passed without further amendment.
The election formalizes the leadership roles listed on the district roster. The minutes note that prior appointments by the Board remain unchanged for certain administrative positions, including Chesley “Chuck” Adams as Secretary and Craig Wrathell as Treasurer and Assistant Secretary.
