River Ridge board accepts Seat 1 resignation and outlines appointment outreach

Mrs. Adams presented the resignation letter from Mr. James Gilman for Seat 1, which the board accepted on a motion by Mr. Blumenthal, seconded by Mr. Twombly. The resignation was recorded and the seat will remain vacant until the board appoints a replacement to serve the unexpired term (term expires Nov. 2026).
The board agreed to notify residents of the vacancy and candidate qualifications by e‑blast to The Meadows; interested residents were asked to submit a resume or letter of interest before the next meeting. Mrs. Adams said required oath paperwork and training information for any appointee will be provided in a separate package.
