The board chair moved to grant a one-year extension and set the new expiration for 08/07/2027; the motion was seconded and approved by the members present.
The extension applies only to the timing for meeting the resolution compliance; board members and staff confirmed no variances or changes to the approved site plan are proposed. The applicant previously received approval for the expansion, including a 2,000-square-foot pump house and additional parking.
