Councilman Anthony Polistina reported to Council that the city's annual audit found Northfield to be in a good financial position and that the auditors issued no recommendations or findings to address.
Polistina said auditors highlighted several interlocal agreements that generate savings for the city and advised that City staff and Council continue to review ordinances and fees as costs change. He also announced a June 18 senior lunch at the library and urged members to review the audit packet, which has been circulated by email and posted on the city website.
