The resolutions included tax cancellations and refunds (151-2026, 152-2026), a waiver of permit fees for exterior restoration of the Cronin Dental Center (153-2026), a salary amendment for a part-time plumbing inspector (154-2026), a shared-services agreement with the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office (155-2026), a cash-management plan amendment (156-2026), appointments to the Northfield Cultural Committee (157-2026), termination of a contract with Mobile Dredging & Video Pipe Inc. (158-2026), a temporary payment to the Deputy Municipal Clerk for additional duties (159-2026), and an MOA between the State and the City Office of Emergency Management (160-2026). Councilman Dewees abstained from Resolution 157-2026; the roll-call votes otherwise recorded the members present as voting yes. The motion to adopt the consent agenda was made by Councilman Dewees and seconded by Councilwoman Kern.
Council approved payment of bills separately for $2,722,668.24 later in the meeting.
