The Bells ISD Board of Trustees voted unanimously, 7-0, on Nov. 11 to approve the meeting’s consent agenda, including the Oct. 14 minutes, acceptance of donations and the district financial report. Board President Matt Stephens called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. in the district administration building.
Board member Stephanie Nettles moved to approve the consent agenda; Cole Kimberling seconded. The board’s action also included approval of a Region 10 Multi-Region Purchasing Co-Op Interlocal Agreement covering 2025–2026, a procurement arrangement the district recorded on the consent agenda for board approval. The vote was recorded as unanimous.
The approved financial materials filed with the board included the district balance sheet, budget and revenue report and a check register available in the meeting packet. No public comments were recorded during the Communication/Public Comments portion of the meeting.
