Staff flagged other technical items such as UDOT grant funding for green bike stations and a corrected revenue/expenditure recognition for previously completed stormwater work. Council members asked for follow-up details about project funding and whether studies could be turned into implementation without adding unfunded plans. The consent/grants portion includes a $600,000 outdoor recreation grant for the City Creek daylighting project; staff noted questions about available funding for full construction.
