The Camas City Council unanimously approved a multi-item consent agenda at its May 4 meeting, including payments and professional services contracts totaling more than $1.89 million.
Included in the consent approvals were $1,894,657.30 in Automated Clearing House and claim checks; a $205,100 contract with Annear Water Resources for lake management implementation assistance; a $96,950 contract with AKS Engineering and Forestry for 2027 forest management; a $348,000 contract with G&O Engineering for Parallel STEP Main design; a $234,931 contract with OCD Automation for programming logic controller upgrades at the wastewater treatment plant; a $101,240 contract with Parametrix for Stormwater Management Action Planning; and EMS write-offs of $173,923.04 (February) and $173,649.43 (March). The consent motion was moved by Council Member Marilyn Boerke and carried unanimously.
City staff listed the contract submitters and project managers on the record, including Engineering Project Manager Brian Monnin, Utilities Manager Rob Charles, and Finance Director Cathy Huber Nickerson for the EMS write-offs. The council did not request separate discussion on any item before the vote.
