He also reported that a land deed with the City of Waco is complete and additional paperwork for closing is being handled by Home Abstract. The minutes list a bond-committee tour scheduled for Jan. 6; the document appears to list "January 6, 2024," which conflicts with the Dec. 16, 2024 meeting date; staff said the date will be confirmed.
