The Big Spring ISD Board approved employment recommendations at its April 13, 2026 meeting, including the hiring of Lisa LeCLEAR as Director of Curriculum under the district salary schedule. Trustee Bert Otto moved to approve the employment recommendations; Jesse Salazar seconded and the motion carried 5–0.
