Fort Lee Parking Authority adopts operating and capital budget amendments for 2025

The Fort Lee Parking Authority voted Dec. 9 to amend its 2025 Operating Budget and 2025 Capital Budget. For the operating budget (Resolution 2025-79) revenue adjustments included permits reduced to $900,000 (from $1,200,000), fines/penalties to $270,000 (from $357,500), and other residential operating revenues increased to $487,500; appropriations were adjusted accordingly, including yearly contracts increased to $400,212.
Resolution 2025-80 amended the capital budget, increasing total funding sources from $95,000 to $285,000 and reallocating capital outlays with Auto/Truck rising to $239,000 and Meter outlays to $46,000. Mr. Goncalves discussed both resolutions and the board approved them unanimously.
