BORGER ISD Board approves consent agenda and routine business

The Borger Independent School District Board of Trustees unanimously approved the Consent Agenda at its Oct. 17 meeting, adopting minutes from the Sept. 17 regular meeting and routine fiscal items. "Motion to approve the Consent Agenda was made by Mr. Eric Schneck and seconded by Devon Thompson, with no dissenting votes, passed unanimously," the minutes state.
The consent action cleared payroll, disbursements, recorded donations and advanced tax deed items for approval. Trustees heard brief campus and district updates before and after the vote, including reports from Crockett Elementary and Borger Middle School principals and a special education update from Tiffany Smith.
