Items approved included prior meeting minutes; purchases greater than $100,000; bids; approval of the monthly financial report for April; a budget amendment; multiple investment policy and officer designations and resolutions; continuation of interlocal agreements including the Arlington ISD Cooperative Purchasing Program, an interlocal with Tarrant County College for a Fire Academy program, and the OnRamps agreement with the University of Texas at Austin; and other routine service agreements and resolutions.
Trustees voted unanimously on the consent agenda. Staff noted that specific contract and interlocal agreement details are available in the board packet for public review.
