Wayne County honors two employees for 15 years of service

The Wayne County Commissioners held an employee anniversary recognition on Feb. 19, honoring Traci Hall and Administrative Assistant Darlene Miller for 15 years of service to the county.
County Caseworker Manager Cindy Matthews introduced Traci Hall and praised her institutional knowledge and mentoring role: "she is constantly pivoting and keeping up with all the changes. She is a mentor for the agency. She has a lot of historical knowledge as well." Commissioner Jocelyn Cramer and Commissioner Brian W. Smith both commended Hall's commitment.
Matthews also introduced Darlene Miller, saying Miller "has been the glue holding our office together" and has spearheaded Rachel’s Challenge. Miller, responding to the recognition, said, "Wayne County is just a wonderful place." Commissioners noted Miller's care for colleagues and constituents and expressed hope she remains with the county for many more years.
