"That the Board of Trustees approve the Guaranteed Maximum Price for the Mound Elementary project as presented," the minutes record as the motion made by Ms. Pat Worrell and seconded by Mr. Ryan Richardson.
The motion carried with all six trustees present voting in favor (Yeas: Michael Ancy, Jerri McNair, Shawn Minor, Dallas Owen, Ryan Richardson and Pat Worrell). The minutes do not list a dollar amount for the GMP in the public record provided; the board approved the GMP "as presented" and the administration will proceed with implementation steps for the capital project.
