Trustees present included Randy Schackmann (president), Tara Hrbacek (vice president), Kim Brady (secretary), Carolyn Benavides, Marjorie Barnes, Ileana Garza-Rojas and Cassandra Hatfield.
Board members identified who would serve on each committee during the discussion; the minutes record the assignment activity but do not record a formal motion or a recorded vote on the committee rosters.
