Contract Planner Kurt Danison told the commission he has not completed the draft revisions to Omak Municipal Code Titles 17 and 19 but said a footnote change previously discussed with the commission might be sent directly to the City Council for adoption. Building Official Tyler Wells concurred; the commission agreed with that approach.
No formal amendment or vote on the code language was recorded at the March 3 meeting. Danison indicated staff will pursue the City Council route for the limited footnote change while finishing the remaining draft edits for commission consideration.
