Board members reviewed proposed changes to the Subdivision portion of the Wayne County Agricultural Land Preservation manual. Jessica Yoder said the proposed changes had been presented to Solicitor Marrissa McAndrew before the meeting and that the solicitor's recommendations would be incorporated into a revised draft.
Members discussed the substance of the Subdivision section and directed staff to prepare the revised language for approval at the March 18 meeting. No final action was taken on Feb. 18; the item will return as a formal agenda item for vote.
