At the Feb. 18 meeting staff reported that the Highland farm easement application remains pending while the State conducts legal review of a partnership agreement between William R. Bryant and R. Zachary Bryant. Jessica Yoder said the board is awaiting the State's solicitor review before the application can proceed.
Board members did not vote on the Highland application at the meeting. Staff indicated they will return updates when the State completes its legal review and provides direction to the county board.
