The board approved E3 Entergral Solutions Inc. for RFQ 25‑02 (design‑build services) after a motion by Trustee Jeffrey Ortiz; the motion carried 7-0.
Trustees also approved Terra Testing LLC for RFQ 25‑03 (geotechnical engineering/material testing) and Moy Tarin Ramirez Engineers, LLC for RFQ 25‑04 (civil engineering/surveying). In two cases trustees amended language to authorize the superintendent to negotiate agreements subject to return to the board for final approval. Motions on all three awards carried 7-0.
