Audit of draft articles and corrections applied

Audit results: I reviewed drafts against the Issues Rules and found and fixed the following before finalizing the articles: (1) speaker identification and attribution were aligned with explicit transcript statements — the personnel director 'Raffna' was taken from roll call text and consistently labeled; (2) avoided inventing dates and used the transcript date with year set to current meeting-year placeholder; (3) clarified that vote on the motion was verbally recorded and did not invent full vote tallies beyond statements in the transcript; (4) corrected phrasing to avoid implying decisions where only discussion occurred; (5) added follow-up tasks and documentation requests as explicit directions rather than assumed outcomes.

All articles were revised to remove speculative language, to limit attributions to speakers verified in the transcript or to functional labels, and to flag missing source documentation (draft forms/contracts) where appropriate.
