As the meeting closed, the chair said she planned to draft an anonymous survey to solicit feedback from all city employees and to circulate the draft at the follow-up meeting for committee comment.
"My goal is that this survey will go out to all city employees looking for their feedback," the chair said, and she asked committee members to review the draft at the next meeting. Participants also requested an organizational chart and departmental documentation on evaluation practices to inform further discussion.
The chair then moved to adjourn (referred to as "return"); a verbal affirmative was recorded and one participant indicated they were a non-voting member. The committee agreed to reconvene to examine the drafted intake form, decision trees and departmental materials.
